ENGINEERING AND MAINTENANCE

The engineering and maintenance department our vital for the smooth running of our property.

Ensuring that the hotel remains at its best operating condition, the department is responsible for the maintenance and repair of the physical building as well as its electrical and mechanical equipment.

HOUSEKEEPING DEPARTMENT

The housekeeping department plays a critical role in ensuring exceptional guest experience.

Great attention to detail is needed to be a housekeeper, as cleaning in house must be completed to the standards set by Camelot.

KITCHEN DEPARTMENT

The Kitchen Department is the heart of the hotel and the inspiration centre for the preparation of culinary delights.

Our associates in the kitchen are passionate about the food they create and work hard to meet the demands of the food and beverage operations of the hotel. To be a part of our team our Executive chefs require these basic requirements from you.

The ability to work quickly and efficiently. Time is of the essence in a busy kitchen; there is never enough to waste.

Your attention to detail. Food is a delicate matter; if you make a mistake the dish may have to be discarded.

Ability to work under pressure. When service fills up and the pressure is on, it is crucial that everyone performs to their best.

Ability to learn on your feet. You must absorb your lessons and put them into practice right away. The more quickly you can do this the faster you will progress.
